How and when to communicate in a business setting

Jefferson State Community College staff will be teaching this free course to ensure you are able to communicate in all settings.  It can be difficult to know when to use which form of communication.  This course should leave you confident in your ability to communicate effectively in multiple situations.

Registration is through the Jefferson State system, so you will need to create a login.  This allows them to contact you directly about the course.  If you have any questions, please email katie.evans@jclc.org.
