Learn about Forest Bathing with Anne Markham Bailey
FOREST BATHING IS IMMERSION IN NATURE. The term “forest bathing” is a direct translation of the Japanese term “shinrin yoku,” and is a guided immersion in nature with a trained guide. Forest Bathing is also called Nature Therapy.
